The technical system is supplemented on the hand by manware,
which refers to the people who use, administrative, maintain
and develop other components of the system. On the other hand,
it is supplemented by orgware, which refers to all organizational
regulations and concepts concerning e-learning and its management.

and mobility. E-learning products are not only demanded by educational
institution or companies but also by individual, autonomous
learners focusing special learning objectives via ICT.

Ministry of Education Malaysia (MOE).
